Deliveries

Goods in stock will be dispatched in Ireland within 4-5 days, UK/Europe within 5-8 days, Rest Of World 6-14 days. Customers who order out of stock goods or non-stock items will be notified of their expected dispatch date by e-mail. Deliveries are by general post or by courier service, our courier service requires that the recipient be available to sign for the package so use a delivery address where the above applies. International delivery services are slightly out of our control, in that we cannot guarantee an arrival date once the package leaves Ireland.

Returns Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your online purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of purchase with a relevant receipt or web order reference number. Please package the item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price for that item. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

Disclosure of your Personal Information

We will not sell or rent your personal information to any other party without your consent. Although, we may disclose your personal information in the circumstances set out below.

• If you have entered into and won one of our competitions, your name and city of residence may be published by Nádúr Organics or by one of the sponsors. Please check competition rules for details.
• We may also be required by law to disclose personal information without your consent in the event of emergency situations or when required by government or other legal authority.
• We may also disclose personal information to third parties in connection with a corporate re-organisation, merger or amalgamation, or the sale of all or substantially all of our assets, provided that the personal information disclosed continues to be used for the purposes permitted by this Privacy Policy by the entity acquiring this information.

We may change this policy as new services are added or old ones are changed. Such changes will be effective when a notice of the change is posted on the Site. Nádúr Organics holds information on its customers in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998, and will adhere to any other relevant future legislation.

Secure Shopping

We use WorldPay for all of your online transactions as we believe it is the most secure internet payment solutions system. WorldPay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for the shopper during an online transaction - in reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

When you purchase our products, you are automatically re-routed to the WorldPay website for a safe and secure transaction. We never process your payment or see your credit card details, Worldpay looks after all payments on our behalf. WorldPay never stores your personal information, nor will you ever be asked to provide confidential information (e.g. bank passwords etc) by email.

The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, Worldpay public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.

Governing Law and Contract Information

No contract will subsist between you and www.nadurorganics.ie for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until www.nadurorganics.ie accepts your order by email confirming your order. Furthermore, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the relevant legislation. Contracts formed between www.nadurorganics.ie and users as a result of using this site shall be governed in all respects by relevant legislation and laws.
